An owner’s manual for a limited production constantly improving car such as the Superformance Mk III needs to evolve as the car evolves or it quickly become obsolete. For this reason, on-demand printing is used for the new Mk III Owners Manual Third Edition. As changes occur, they are immediately incorporated. Each manual shipped is current as of the date shipped. Comb binding allows the existing manual owners to update their manuals to keep them current.

The manual was originally published in June 2009. Updates will be posted here as a cumulative update for the year in a downloadable PDF. At the end of each year, The cumulative update for the year will be available as a hardcopy package. The hardcopy package will include full color, pre-punched, double sided text pages as a direct replacement for existing pages.

Note: The June 2010 Hardcopy Update Package has already been mailed to all first year manual owners. All owners manuals since then have the update included.

June 2010 Update Package

The principle corrections in the first year have been:
1. Correction of a typo and a formatting issue
2. Correction of two wiring diagrams

The limited number of corrections is thanks to the excellent editing job done by the editorial committee.

The principle additions and upgrades in the first year have been:
1. Addition of the Superformance high art covers
2. Addition of the new ZF differential
3. Addition of the Superformance logo for the zippered vinyl covers
4. A further clarification of the wheel spacer issue for the Trigo wheels

2010 Hardcopy Update Package

The first year update package includes 52 full color, pre-punched, double sided text pages as a direct replacement for existing pages, the Superformance high art covers, the Superformance logo for the zippered vinyl cover, and full instructions for insertion.
